Art can be therapeutic and relaxing, but sometimes supplies are expensive. I love watercolors because all it takes is some printer paper and a cheap set of Crayola watercolor paints. Paint things to express your emotions, paint as a distraction, paint gifts for others (or yourself!), paint to create art or just for fun. Or try other forms of painting, photography, drawing, pottery, poetry, or crafts.
